Harvest Fest 2024

The last event for the Bennington Rotary Merch season was the Bennington Harvest Fest held on October 19. The weather was spectacular - sunny and warm – with many folks making their way around the vendor and food booths.

Highlights of the Bennington Rotary tent were the pillory with many photos taken, quill pen writing and our merch display!

Thanks to Jerry Albert and Jonah Spivak for staffing the pillory and engaging the visitors who stopped by, some who had their pictures taken.

Activity at the quill pen writing table was guided by Cindy Hudson-Knapp who oversaw many visitors and families trying their hand at writing with a quill pen!

Many visitors came from out of town and were unfamiliar with the Battle of Bennington. Purchase of the Bennington Battle flag was a frequent stop for many visitors to our tent.
