Back to MACC

May 1, 2021

Beginning with the May 7th regular meeting we will be meeting in person at MACC. There are various items of note which all members who desire to attend should be aware. Here are the basic guidelines at MACC:
  • All meetings will take place in the large Banquet Room, with tables spaced out and only 4-6 people per table until the Monument Banquet Room renovation is completed.
  • Masks are required while inside the Clubhouse and moving around. You can take them off after you are seated.
  • All lunches will be boxed, with real flatware, paper napkins, and water service per table
  • All Rotary materials used during every meeting will need to be stored back in the small banquet room after each meeting as the Large room is used for other purposes.

As an alternative for those who are not yet comfortable with meeting in person, we will provide a Zoom connection to view the meeting and speaker presentations assisted by ZoomMaster, Mike Day. Some changes to improve upon last year's performance are being evaluated. The lunch arrangements will be as follows:
  • A set lunch box menu for each meeting is established plus a vegan salad option. The lunch menus will rotate among 10 to 12 options.
  • The lunch menus will be published in the newsletter each month as well as weekly.
  • Orders for the lunch box will need to be placed by the Wednesday afternoon prior to the Friday meeting.
  • The cost is $14. May lunch menus will be as follows:
