Bennington Rotary's 1st Virtual Suitcase Project

March 1, 2021

In January, one of our speakers was Nicole Campbell, director of Shire Kids, a local non-profit that has partnered with Dolly Parton's Imagination Library program to ensure all kids in the county receive free books from birth to age 5. Her presentation is available in full at: YouTube Instead of bringing in items for an in-person suitcase project, we asked each member to donate an amount in February, and at the end of the month we'll present Shire Kids with a check for the total amount. The easiest way to donate for a virtual suitcase project is via credit card or debit card at the BenningtonRotary.com website. This is done by hitting the blue "Donate with PayPal" button at the top of the page. No PayPal account is needed, and it is extremely quick and easy. Shire Kids is a great cause, and we look forward to seeing the results of our first virtual suitcase project!
