Rotaract Report
March 1, 2020The new Green Mountain Rotaract Club has its Charter in place, funds set aside, an informational flyer awaiting printing and members of The Bennington and Catamount Rotary Clubs nervously standing by to shepherd the new Club. All that is needed now is more Rotaractors. Thus far the new Club has three members: Kunlek Tenzing Tamang, of Bennington College, Thomas Peter Richardson III, also a student at Bennington College and Cali Elizabeth Conety. All three have completed their requests to join Rotaract. A first meeting for the three has yet to be scheduled. From this modest core, we hope to see additional members begin to join. What can we the individual Rotary club members do to help? Well, think about the young people you know who are 18 to 30 years old, talk to them about the new Club. Our next Rotaract member might be someone you know.
