Intract Club - New President, Elizabeth Buttle
September 1, 2019
Outside of school I have competed nationally as a level 10 gymnast for 4 years representing the State of New York. I've been doing gymnastics since first grade and hope to continue it in college.
I am excited to lead the club as president this year. Interact has helped me get to know my Bennington community and experience all different kinds of volunteer work. From cleaning up trash along the roads to helping cater a gala,
Interact has given me many opportunities to serve my community and help local events be a success. I personally like the catering events that Interact is asked to help with the most. I know that each student in Interact likes different ways to volunteer so I'm happy that there are so many different opportunities through this organization. I'm also excited to help my fellow students get to know the Rotarians who are local leaders in our community as well as learn many ways to get involved in the our community.
