Interact Club - Alura Thiem, Secretary

My name is Alura Thiem. I am a senior at Mount Anthony and this year's Interact Club secretary. I have been a member of Interact Club since my freshman year and it is the most enriching activity I take part in at my school. I participate in a sport every season and take part in many other clubs such as Model UN. Originally I started joining these clubs because everyone said that it would look for college, but as I participate in the events and volunteer opportunities, I have gotten so much from helping my community and those in it. I hope to continue serving my community by going pre med at college in the hopes of becoming a pediatrician. When I graduate, I will miss Interact and the many happy experiences I have had by being a member.
