Peter Fox - Kryptonite

May 1, 2018

Peter Fox
Peter grew up in Warwick, New York on the border of New York and New Jersey. It was a cute little farm town. He went to college at Le Moyne College in Syracuse, New York.

Peter met his wife on a blind date after college. She was an art teacher at Warwick High School. Now his wife, Dana Schildkraut, works for the Massachusetts College for the Liberal Arts in the STEAM program. They left the Boston area when Dana got that job. She is an artist. She does masks and puppetry. She has stuff on Broadway and in art magazine. They used to vacation here since Peter's grandparents lived in Peru. His parents now live there.. Peter's grandfather was a member of the Peru Rotary Club.

Before moving to Bennington, Peter and Dana lived in Williamstown for two years. They bought their first home here. Peter was in sales and marketing for Maplebrook Farm for about a year. He had been a cheese maker in Williamston. He has just accepted a new job from a bike company based out of Boston. He will be their Northeast Representative in sales and marketing. He will be able to work from home when he is not traveling and have a better balance of life and work.

Peter will be getting his graduate degree MBA in Marketing from MCLA this summer. He has always been a people person. He will enjoy the travel that comes with this position.

Peter is always busy. He keeps bees, is a big reader, plays the guitar, raises chickens, enjoys hiking, skiing and snowboarding. He runs ultra marathons. Fifty mile races keep him busy. He likes living in the county in a small town community.

Rotary is a good way to get to know people better and to participate. He would like to give whatever he can to do something good. He is following in his grandfather's footsteps. Peter is excited to become more involved in Rotary and has joined the Public Relations Committee where he can use his many skills.
